How to create a positive mindset

High performance of your executive team is adversely affected by deeply held personal and potentially limiting attitudes. These conditioned responses often get in the way of allowing your key people to grow and develop into the leaders that they are meant to be for the greater good of your company. 

An important point is that what we predominantly think and believe, actually creates our reality. Potentially limiting beliefs and attitudes create limiting realities and vice-versa for empowering thoughts.

The world you experience is a reflection of what you are thinking and believing in your mind. These are your unique filters of reality - and no two people experience the same reality. 

What your mind believes in, it focuses on, and this, in turn, influences your reality. 

To ‘be the change you want to see’ and get what you want and desire as leaders you have to work on yourselves deeper down. It's about changing your beliefs, your mindset and your thinking to ultimately get the results you are seeking.

In other words, you have to move away from your conditioned self and learn how to access your authentic self. To do this you need to shift from the basic values of ego, survival, and protection to transform to growth based values instead.

I have developed a 4-day Diploma certificate training programme (2 X 2-days) designed for business teams. It is suitable for leaders, executives, senior managers, HR, Marketing, Sales, etc. It is an experientially based learning, so no additional studying to do.

My approach is underpinned by ‘Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)’ - a change process built around high performance and successful people. It quickly eliminates the hold of your conditioned self, breaks the patterns of the past and allows you all as executives to transform and to discover your authentic self. 

It also provides useful tools for you to enhance your emotional intelligence too by being able to quickly and naturally build rapport and relationships with others.

My teaching is very practical and directed to personal and team based change. It transforms you internally, enriches your thinking and gets the most from your interactions with others. It integrates your thoughts, feelings, emotions with your internal and external senses to help you inform your reality in resourceful ways

I have delivered this to Board teams, directors and managers and departmental teams in many different organisations: Engineering, Technology, Leisure & Hospitality, Industry, and Consultants too.
