PDx Consulting have been engaged in several international events and programmes during 2010 / 11. 

Recently PDx faciliated a large team building 2 day event for a global team of 30-40 people hosted in Germany.  This was a prestigious event as this was the first time the team had actually met together in one room.  People had flown in from as far as Singapore.  Team members present represented many other countries too, including USA, Germany, UK and Italy.  We designed and delivered a structured process that enabled the team to: interact with each other; get to know each other more; as well as learn motivational styles in the group and understand what happens to them in conflict.

Another similar 2 day event was facilitated in the Netherlands for a senior management team.  Their organisation had recently restructured their global business interests.  Again this was the first time this team had all met together in their new structure. The objective here was to gain clarity of the team, its strengths, and opportunities.
