Establishing a brand new executive team can seem like a daunting prospect.

You need to establish your own leadership approach while guiding and shaping the working processes and interpersonal behaviours of your team. All this while delivering your operational and financial targets.

The truth is that you can only deliver success with an effective team in place. That's why Damian (Head of Metering and Billing at a global energy organisation) asked PDx to put in place a nine-month High Performance Team development programme that would enable them to achieve the position of number one service provider in the industry.

The programme consisted of a range of coaching, training and workshop sessions for both Damian's core leadership team and the wider department (of over 1,000 people). The intention was to establish the team identity and create a shared vision of success, as well as enhancing individual self-belief to make things possible.
" I have noticed very tangible changes within my team since working with Andrew "
It didn't take long for Damian to notice tangible changes. He reported "positive, motivated attitude and outlook, as well as changes in behaviour and language" that moved the team towards its goal.

You can discover the full story of Damian's experience of working with PDx Consulting by watching the YouTube clip at the end of this article.

Of course, every business, every team and every individual are different. That's why PDx will work with you to define a leadership and team development programme that's right for you and will help you and your team achieve success.

To get started all you need to do is call 07795 182 860 or email andrew@pdx-consulting.com Why not let us know when you are free for an informal discussion of your requirements and we'll create a programme that will perfectly fit your needs.
