An African Adventure

I was thrilled to be invited to work in partnerhsip with Connect Experiential in Kenya - Nairobi.  I spent almost two weeks with some amazing large organisations in Nairobi.

We talked about Authentic Leadership Skills, culture and values and how to collaborate within their own teams to create high performance.

I also presented on leadership qualities and principles to a number of Business Owners and HR Managers during a few well attended half day sessions.  These were all highly interactive and informative sessions based around being a more engaging leader.

" A very empowering, motivating and inspring session. (Eva Mbugua)                                               And...   Excellent workshop!  I look forward to walking the talk.  (Caroline Anyango) "

Naturally whilst there I spent time absorbing African culture and meeting many different business people from many business sectors in Nairobi.  I also had time to take in a safari too.

I even had time to do a talk on my Book: "You Are More Thank You Think - the return to your authentic self" during a lovely evening hosted by my business host.

Thank you Ann for an inspring couple of weeks.

I believe that we can learn a lot from Africa and its cultures and ways of doing business.  I would very much love to return to Nairobi in the near future.
