Todays daydream, tomorrows reality!

Posted on: Monday 21, March 2016

Every leader needs to get away from the day-to-day sometimes and spend time 'on the balcony' day dreaming – this is where you’ll get different insights into what’s really going on and take stock.

Today's leadership is about finding meaning and purpose - to do what really matters and make the world better. This requires deep thought. That's where day dreaming comes in useful – it's like being on a balcony.

'Balcony moments' allow you as leaders to engage in deeper and more creative thought processes.

How well are you doing as a leadership team getting away from the day to day to spend time on the balconcy daydreaming about your future?

I’d love to help you and your team to align you to your purpose and help envision your future direction.
