This group of exercises further develops a growth mindset.

To reach our own highest level of performance, we must move away from our default base instincts and develop ourselves towards our growth needs instead.

These exercises are designed to help team members becoming aware of the negative power of emotive language patterns. These exist as expressions not only in our conversations but more subtly as everyday thoughts, especially in negative inner mind chatter.

Working through these simple exercises as individuals and as a team is an effective motivator towards becoming a high performing team.

See downloads below to access worksheets.
