Aged 42, I kick-started PDX, to evangelise high-performance teamwork from the inside-out - a radical new idea linking coaching, soft skills, EQ and mindset to forge thriving workplaces. So to win customers to shift mindset I honed my relationship building skills, with social selling, and storytelling to grab attention and make it sticky.

Today, With 17 years traction, PDX steps up business for many well-known brands, stirring smart people to collaborate and make a difference around the world - Africa, US, CE and AP. In a rapidly changing world, PDX use inside-out principles help progressive leaders to get away from the mediocrity of meh!

Andrew Past and Present

I am a make-it-happen person drawing from my wide career that started as a Chartered Engineer and departmental manager.

Later, I then switched careers into the high technology sector in the dot-com era.

That eventually lead me into the Finance sector with 3i - a global venture capital company. There I managed global multi-million euro investment-related operations.

Along the way, I gained management & people experience, strong project management skills, how to lead teams as well as consultancy know-how.

I am very proud of all the buildings I have designed as an Engineer, and the operational programmes I have delivered around the world.

I was once taught that no experience is ever wasted in life and I believe this is certainly true. My work developing leadership skills, coaching and mentoring executives and team building all benefit hugely from my past experience.

People find me warm, intelligent and highly engaging. I am a relaxed, easy-going, determined person and an expert and specialist in my field.

Leaders I've worked with tell me they become stronger together.

A bit about me:
3rd Dan Karate + 1st Dan Kick Boxing black belt. But I'm very creaky now (I blame old age).

Keen surfer.

My close friends know me as an enthusiastic hustler and a frustrated architect (long story).
