l just wanted to take the time now that we have finished the ELP Training Programme, to thank you for your help in putting together and indeed delivering very effectively, what has been a highly
successful course with lots of positive feedback from the delegates attending it.
I know that when we sat down for the first time to talk about this Programme earlier in the year, it
wasjust an idea that I had in relation in to getting some in house training in place for our Middle
Management that would be both practical and highly relevant to the business.
I am very grateful that you took what were some very loose ideas and a pretty much blank canvass to come up with a very practical modular approach to the Programme with a focus around such essential subjects such as; Personal Effectiveness, Prioritisation of Tasks, Communication Skills, Developing Confidence and Assertiveness and Team Problem Solving,
I am pleased that the feedback from the Managers attending the Programme was that they not only found the modules both engaging and practical but also fun and I think that this was down to your methodology of making the modules as interactive as possible.
I think that as a result of implementing the Programme, we have now equipped our Managers with a variety of essential skills to help them develop not only themselves but their own teams too.
I believe that our business will benefit over the long term as a result of this as the Managers are
now keen to put what they have learned from you into practise.

I really want to thank yo, Andrew, for all the help and support you have given me throughout the senior manager coaching process.
In my opinion key factors in getting my new role where the self awareness I had developed [signature presence], the ability to clearly articulate my strengths and back them up with examples, the state of purposeful curiosity I used at interviews and the confidence that I was ready for the next step in my career.
