My Name is Ed, as part of the rising stars programme I was selected for I received a series of coaching and mentoring sessions from Andrew. The coaching and mentoring programme was developed around my specific objectives and based around the leaders of tomorrow.
Andrew helped me to use a number of different tools and techniques to work well with others and to look and think about things from different perspectives and angles. Andrew helped me identify a clear plan with milestones and to learn to step back from problems too..

We've been working with Andrew for around 12 months now, with objectives to improving performance both for myself as the leader and for my management team at the depot.
