We asked Andrew to facilitate a team away day for myself and my team leaders. As a group we wanted to spend time pursuing some issues around team leaders activities. We came to this day, purposefully with a loose agenda and not knowing what to expect from us as a team. We did not know how open the team leaders would be regarding the issues within the team.
For me our team away day went exceptionally well and was very well facilitated by Andrew. All involved felt able to be open, frank and honest. We have learned alot and we now have a set of actions to pursue.

As the manager of the finance team, I found our team away day refreshing with lots of insight. It was good to have time together outside of the office and develop a team spirit and bonding.

Gavin - golf profesional - Hypnotherapy
Gavin's video testimony speaks for itself. Gavin's goal was to turn professional golf in 6 months, during the summer of 2010. He wanted to sort out the mental side of the game that was getting in the way of his goal. Gavin had 4 hypnosis sessions with me and within 2 months had achieved his goal. He has now set up his future career in playing golf professionally and has fulfilled his dream and desire.
