To whom it may concern,

We appointed Andrew Jenkins of PDx Consulting to support the professional
development of our senior staff. This has included one-to-one coaching and an NLP Diploma course that Andrew ran over a four day period (two sets of two days).

The NLP Diploma was designed to assist us in enhancing personal communication at board and director level and to provide opportunities for our directors to explore current strategic issues and initiatives, using some of the NLP tools as a group.

Andrew has a very enthusiastic and personable style which was helpful in engaging the team and he showed flexibility in adapting the programme in ‘real time’ so that we could explore issues that emerged during the programme. He read and judged the situation well for us all as a team of directors and provided a useful forum for learning and exploring deeper concerns at the strategic level.

At a senior level we have noticed changes in communication styles and positive attempts to put the learning into practise.

Overall I have been very pleased with the programme and feedback indicates that this has been the view of the other participants.

The Sales Team within our organisation has recently undergone an
NLP Diploma training programme with Andrew Jenkins of PDX Consulting, The
brief was to help create a more positive mindset and attitude within the team and help
them understand better the thinking process when dealing with clients.


Initially Andrew spent time with me to understand the requirements of exactly what I
wanted to achieve and this proved to be a major benefit as the course progressed.


Perhaps one of the significant differences in Andrews approach compared with other
trainers I have used was his skill in relating to different people and being able to
engage them without any feeling of awkwardness or discomfort on either side. This
attribute became apparent after the first two sessions when specific members of my
team voluntarily said how much they enjoyed the course and Andrews’s style.

It has been 6 months since we began the NLP Diploma and it has been interesting to
notice the positive change in behaviour in much of my team in terms of their approach
before, during and after client visits. It has also helped in my communication with my
team as we now seem to understand better each other position.

In summary I would say this programme exceeded my expectations and delivered
skills which will not only help improve my teams performance at work but has given
them tools which can be used in there own personal life, vital if you wish to create a
happy and motivated employee.
